Park Shin Hye is an A-list actress in South Korea, and prior to reaching stardom she also started young and as a support cast member in many dramas. However, she is lucky for even as a young rookie actress, she was cast in good shows and this led her to the path of stardom.
The 29-year-old star debuted in the entertainment industry at the age of 13 and from there she had a steady flow of acting projects. Her very first role was as Choi Ji Woo's character Han Jung Suh’s younger self in 2003’s “Stairway to Heaven.”

Park Shin Hye starred in “Tree of Heaven” next and this was in 2006. This is her very first assignment as a lead actress and she did very well. Though it failed to replicate the success of the original drama, it did well enough in the ratings.
