PUBLISH's 'NEWS' token Listed on Turkey's Cryptocurrency Exchange 'CoinTR'... Accelerating Global Expansion of the Ecosystem

PUBLISH, Inc. announced on the 28th that its 'NEWS' token has been listed on CoinTR, Turkey's largest cryptocurrency exchange, following its listing on LBank. Trading will be available from 4 pm KST on May 11th.

CoinTR is a cryptocurrency exchange established in 2022 with its headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul, the largest city in Turkey. It currently has more than 3.1 million global members and a daily transaction volume of $560 million (approximately KRW 750 billion as of April 27, 2023), maintaining its ranking in the top 26 on CoinMarketCap.

PUBLISH is a tech media company established in 2018 that aims to rebuild the relationship between the media and readers through blockchain-based technology and services, and to build and expand a PUBLISH protocol ecosystem where readers (users), media, journalists, and advertisers can achieve healthy and sustainable development together.

PUBLISH 'NEWS' token is a utility token used in the PUBLISH protocol ecosystem, and it is currently circulated through various blockchain services such as PUBLISHLink (widget), decentralized identity proof (DID), and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT). It also provides a Lead to Earn(R&E) service that rewards NEWS tokens for reading and sharing articles directly from media outlets that apply PUBLISHLink.

Kwon Sung-min, the CEO of PUBLISH, said, "We will use the establishment of local networks and localization-based infrastructure with media companies and readers in each country as an opportunity to expand the ecosystem of the PUBLISH protocol globally."

Recently, CEO Kwon demonstrated the 'Press DID' at the special session of the World Journalists Conference 2023 hosted by the Korea Journalists Association.

Meanwhile, PUBLISH has participated in major NFT projects, such as the 'Hunminjeongeum Haerye Bon' and 'Son Heung-min' NFT, and developed and operated Press DID for the Korea Journalists Association and the Korea Internet Newspaper Association, among other journalism-related areas in the blockchain ecosystem.
