The Baharuth Empire, led by Emperor Jircniv, has been the latest victim of Ainz Ooal Gown's hidden power in “Overlord” season 3. The last expedition led by Count Femel was decimated by Ainz Ooal Gown's forces as they made their way deeper into The Great Tomb of Nazarick. Ainz Ooal Gown also sent out the elf twins Aura and Mare to extract an apology for the intrusion from Baharuth's emperor. The next episode's preview shows Jircniv making his way to a personal audience with Ainz Ooal Gown in Nazarick.
“Overlord” season 3 episode 9 will focus on Emperor Jircniv's subterfuge as it seems he plans to learn more about Ainz Ooal Gown's power under the guise of fake fealty. Jircniv will most likely throw the failed Count Femel's corpse at the feet of Ainz Ooal Gown in person as a gesture of goodwill. The cunning Jircniv will most likely take the time to gauge the true power of Nazarick's master before he sets plans into motion to defeat this new threat to the Baharuth Empire.
With the show of force provided by the elf twins that forced their way into Jircniv's audience chambers, leaving a path of dead bodies in their wake, and the ease with which Nazarick's forces defeated the Baharuth expedition, it is a wonder that Emperor Jircniv still looks forward to fighting Nazarick in some way. The emperor seems to be confident enough in “Overlord” season 3 episode 9 to hopefully plant a spy within the great tomb.
