“Outlander” season 4 episode 10 is spoilers are here and it promises another exhilarating story. Brianna finally found her parents and they start to rebuild their family, however, it was not a very sweet reunion since there have been lots of unfortunate incidents before Bree found Jaime and Claire.
As shared on the show’s fandom Wiki page, the synopsis for “Outlander” season 4 episode 10 titled “The Deep Heart's Core” reads: “Jamie and Claire keep secrets from one another as they try to help Brianna process her recent trauma; however, the secrets they keep cause a bigger familial rift once they are revealed.”
In this chapter, the crucial points in the drama’s fourth season are unfolding as Jaime (Sam Heughan) and Claire Fraser (Caitriona Balfe) reunite with their daughter Brianna McKenzie (Sophie Skelton). Bree’s husband, Roger Wakefield, also joined the family in the past but it only made things more complicated.
In the previous episode, Jamie and Brianna met in an unusual way but they were deeply moved when the latter finally introduced herself. But then again, the happiness turned sour after Jamie and Claire learned about what happened to their daughter in Wilmington. It can be recalled that she was brutally raped by the villain, Stephen Bonnet (Edward Speelers). They will help their daughter overcome her trauma but it proved to be not a simple task.
“Outlander” season 4 episode 10 will also show Roger being punished by being dragged into the woods and beaten. Jaime mistook him as the one who gravely abused Brianna and Lizzie could have played a part in the misunderstanding.
Now, as can be seen in the “Outlander” season 4 episode 10 trailer, Claire is showed talking with Brianna and telling her “It would have to be soon while the fetus is still small.” This phrase obviously suggests that Bree has been thinking about abortion since she is not sure if the father is Roger or the pirate who violated her.
At the end of the “Outlander” season 4 episode 10 promo video, someone fired at Roger’s direction but it is not clear if he was shot. At the end of the clip, Claire was shown asking Jaime, “What have you done?”
“Outlander” season 4 episode 10 has been scheduled to air on Jan. 6 at 8 p.m. on Starz. Check out the trailer below:
