“One Piece” episode 891 is going to be extra special because it marks the beginning of a new arc focused on the isolated country of Wano. Teasers for next week’s installment hint that it will focus on the Straw Hat Pirates’ journey going into Wano that, in the manga, was an adventure in itself.

Anime-only fans should take note that Wano is not only isolated, but it is also riddled with many mysteries, and its current leaders have deliberately wanted to keep its borders closed from any outside forces. This explains why getting there is not an ordinary trip. “One Piece” episode 891 will show that arriving in Wano is beyond tricky.

“One Piece” episode 891 is titled “Climbing Up a Waterfall! A Great Journey Through the Land of Wano’s Sea Zone!” The first bit should be taken literally. As shown in the brief preview, the Thousand Sunny will have to go upward a very steep waterfall.

The Straw Hats will immediately realize they are getting closer to the Wano borders once the sea state starts becoming horrible. There should also be enough comedic content in “One Piece” episode 891 such as the time when the Straw Hats realized that a giant octopus boarded the Thousand Sunny without them noticing.

A group giant carp will start to surround the Thousand Sunny that leads to Sanji wondering how a freshwater fish survives at sea. But Luffy will be too distracted by the thought that these types of fish taste good when cooked, so he ends up trying to catch one. A couple of giant fishes will help the Thousand Sunny climb the waterfall, but a whirlpool at the end will cause Luffy’s separation from his crew in “One Piece” episode 891.

Fans should not worry, though, because they all end up in Wano. However, it will take some time before they will all be reunited. Meanwhile, an earlier teaser from the producers confirms that the official unveiling of Wano country will not happen until July. It is then very likely that “One Piece” episode 891, airing on Sunday, June 30, will conclude with Luffy waking up alone in Wano.
