The “One Piece’ anime is finally heating up after several episodes being stretched out to the point of absurdity. “One Piece” Episode 848 will see Brook and Chopper in danger of serious harm in defending the Sunny from Big Mama’s pirates. Due to the recent stretching out of the episodes, many fans have also become concerned that the fight between Luffy and Katakuri won’t be executed well. [Major spoilers ahead.]
As The Anime Scrolls notes, the show’s last episode was quite entertaining, what with Brook and Chopper fighting quite well as a team. Upon realizing that the enemies were coming from a mirror in Nami’s room, the duo will attempt to break it and stem the tide of opponents. This is when Perospero will decide to interfere in “One Piece” Episode 848.
To make matters worse, Katakuri will also be making an appearance on the ship, which means that the Straw Hat Pirate’s doctor and musician are in serious danger. Meanwhile, Sanji will be busy making a cake in “One Piece” Episode 848 with Chiffon and Pudding. Big Mama’s daughter will be throwing in some assistance to help Luffy and gang reach the Sunny.
Just in time, as well, because both Brook and Chopper are about to be turned into candy. When they do, “One Piece” Episode 848 will spell their end, Otaku Art reports. Of course, this isn’t going to happen because the captain will finally come back and clean house.
Having said that, some fans are currently having reservations about what the quality of the fight will be like between Luffy and Katakuri. “One Piece” matches are some of the most legendary in anime history, and this particular skirmish is considered one of the most exciting. Considering Toei’s track record, this shouldn’t be a problem, but viewers will need to wait until “One Piece” Episode 848 to find out.
“One Piece” Episode 848 will air on August 5. Fans can watch it via sources like Crunchyroll or the myriad other unofficial platforms available.
