CHICAGO and LONDON, Sept. 06, 2017 -- RHR International (“RHR”), the premier firm in the development of top management leadership of Global 1000 companies, has appointed Nick Twyman BSc (Hons) to the position of partner in RHR’s London office.
Nick brings a strong track record in leadership development, built over a 20-year corporate career as a leader in the line. In addition, Nick founded his own coaching and leadership-development business, which he successfully operated for 16 years before coming to RHR.
A former managing director at Tektronix and Sony serving in roles with UK European and global responsibility, Nick delivered impressive growth and improved profitability operating at board level. He is a natural team player with an excellent record in leadership development as a consultant to companies across multiple industry sectors, including household names in fast-moving consumer goods, retail, finance, travel, health, telecommunications, and technology. He also has extensive experience working internationally.

As a senior leader, Nick has become an experienced change agent. More recently, he supported and facilitated those for whom he was a trusted advisor and consultant.
Nick’s areas of expertise include executive coaching and senior team effectiveness. His practice has been focused on enabling senior executives and their teams to align on strategy and execution and on building more effective ways of working together and playing to each other’s strengths.
Nick received a bachelor’s degree (Hons) from Aston University. He is a master practitioner in neurolinguistic programming and a fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Association for Coaching, and the International Coach Federation.
