Looks like Nick Jonas bought a $6.5 million Beverly Hills mansion months before he proposed to Indian actress Priyanka Chopra. According to the Daily Mail, the mansion is built on an area of 4129 square feet and it features elevated ceilings and high clerestory windows that provide extra natural light. It has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, an infinity pool, a hot tub, and a floating guest wing. Furthermore, it is said that the guest house has its own kitchen, living room, and bedroom.
“Development company Ground Up Los Angeles teamed up with renowned architecture firm Space International and landscape designer Kathleen Ferguson to work on the project,” the Daily Mail noted in their report.
“While the property will make a perfect first marital home for Nick and his bride, it doesn't look exactly family friendly. With just a glass wall separating the terrace from a sheer drop to the canyon below, and ungated pool, the couple will likely have to move before starting a family.”
Well, starting a family seems to be on top of the list of things to do for Priyanka Chopra as she recently hinted she has to catch up with her friends, including Meghan Markle. The Duchess of Sussex is expecting her first child together with Prince Harry, and at 36, Priyanka is likely feeling the pressure.
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra began their relationship early this year, and Nick proposed to the “Baywatch” actress on July 18 while they were in London. The couple got engaged in a traditional Punjabi Roka ceremony held at Priyanka’s residence in Mumbai on Aug. 18.
According to Us Weekly, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra want to hold their wedding in India this December. Reports from India also say the couple is going to tie the knot in a palace in Jodhpur on Dec. 2.
