DUBLIN, Ireland and KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Sept. 18, 2017 -- Nabriva Therapeutics plc (NASDAQ:NBRV) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $80.0 million of ordinary shares. In addition, Nabriva Therapeutics expects to grant the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional $12.0 million of ordinary shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the ordinary shares in the offering are to be sold by Nabriva Therapeutics.
Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Needham & Company, LLC and Wedbush Securities Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
