SUMMIT, N.J., Aug. 03, 2017 -- MySuperFoods announces today their partnership with No Fuss Lunch, a New Jersey-based healthy school lunch provider. Beginning in September for the 2017-2018 school year, MySuperFoods’s organic, nut-free cookies, MySuperCookies, will be included as the dessert selection in No Fuss Lunch’s daily lunches, adding the perfect sweet treat to the already deliciously balanced lunch option.
No Fuss Lunch was founded by Gabriella Wilday in 2012 as an effort to bring healthy, great tasting food to school lunch and is rooted in the belief that children should be provided with nutrient-dense calories, free of pesticides and toxins, which will give them sustainable energy throughout the day. Parents simply order online from the No Fuss Lunch website and their children’s lunch is ready and waiting for them the next day when they go to the school cafeteria for lunch.
Currently serving 57 schools in New Jersey, each No Fuss Lunch is organic, non-GMO, and free of white flour, white sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and MSG. Their well-rounded meals include an entrée with whole grains, grass-fed beef, cage-free poultry, a fresh vegetable with dip, fresh fruit, MySuperCookies, and purified water.
“We are two small but focused companies with the same mission, to feed kids better food they will actually want to eat. This is a dream partnership and Katie and I instantly connected with Gabriella and her team and knew we had to work together,” says Silvia Gianni, MySuperFoods co-founder.
MySuperFoods has a continued focus on improving food in schools, especially lunch, which many children across the country count as their main, and in some cases, only, meal. While their products are solely healthy snacks, the founders and Katie Jesionowski, believe even the smallest change can encourage healthy eating habits across the board.
“I am super-proud to be working with No Fuss Lunch because their passion is our passion!” adds Katie Jesionowski, MySuperFoods co-founder. “Their team, like ours, is made up of hardworking, passionate parents who are changing the way kids eat by bringing awareness to the dangers of highly processed foods and providing better-for-you options.”
