The mistaken identity?
The flashback in chapter 255 happened as Shota started to suspect that Kurogiri, who is being questioned in an investigation, is his high school friend Oboro who supposedly died when they were still interns. But then despite the similarities in their personalities and the similar way he cares for Tomura, Kurogiri insisted that Shota is mistaken as he is not Oboro.
What is next?
In “My Hero Academia” chapter 256 will show Endeavor and Hawk working together. The heroes are on the move, and Enji is keeping in touch with Hawk, who is currently infiltrating the organization. He should have collected lots of information by now before they mobilize their plans.
Dabi is also working alongside Hawk so they can learn more about what the org is planning. Hawk is expected to meet up with Endeavor in “My Hero Academia” chapter 256, so he can reveal everything he knows so far. This storyline is now slowly getting to the level where the decisive battle is inevitable.
Update on Tomura

The doctor said that he just created the ultimate being, and this could be Tomura’s awakening after sleeping for four months to have such a kind of power.
