ATLANTA, Jan. 19, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mueller Water Products, Inc. (NYSE:MWA) announced plans to release financial results for its first quarter of fiscal 2016 ended December 31, 2015 on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 after the market closes.
Gregory E. Hyland, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Mueller Water Products, and other members of the Company's leadership team will discuss the financial results during a conference call on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. ET. The conference call will be webcast live on Mueller Water Products’ website, www.muellerwaterproducts.com, and will be archived for approximately 90 days.
The Company also announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on February 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., local time, in Atlanta, Georgia. The Board of Directors established January 12, 2016 as the record date for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and all holders of record as of that date will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
