Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth 2018: Are the Two Still Together?

Following Miley Cyrus’ deletion of all her posts on her Instagram account, tabloids have speculated that the cause of it is that she broke up with her partner, Liam Hemsworth. This speculation was somewhat amplified because of the “Wrecking Ball” singer didn’t immediately give an explanation for the incident.

And given the rocky start of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s relationship, many assume that this was indeed the case. However, weeks after stories were published that the two have once again split, the “The Climb” singer broke her silence and revealed that the reason behind her actions was because she simply wanted to get away from social media for a while.

It’s already been proven that consistently engaging in social media is detrimental to one’s physical and mental health as people are constantly exposed to negative aspects of the world. And since publications are writing more pessimistic news rather than uplifting ones, the toxicity of social media is intensified. So Miley Cyrus getting away from social media is a great decision, especially since she somewhat went through a mental breakdown herself years ago. Her decision may also provide some positive air to her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.

Of course, while Miley Cyrus did delete all her posts on her Instagram account, the “Hannah Montana” alum didn’t disclose whether or not she’s stepping away from Twitter and other social media platforms. Liam Hemsworth, on the other hand, will have his next movie, “Isn’t It Romantic,” hit theaters in February 2019.
