McDonald’s India has joined forces with Mondelez International to create new variants of the McFlurry frozen treats. The companies unveiled the Gems Topped Desserts to give customers and fans something new they will truly appreciate.
McDonald’s has already collaborated with various confectionery and food manufacturing companies to create and launch a new range of treats, and this time, it has tapped Mondelez International to offer customers the Cadbury Gems dessert collection.
Colorful and Flavorful New McDonald’s Dessert Selections
According to Financial Express, McDonald’s India and Mondelez fused their products to make McFlurry treats in different flavors. Diners in India can enjoy four new desserts at McDonald’s stores across the country, and the choices are McFlurry with Gems, Strawberry Shake with Gems, Sundae with Gems, and Chocolate Shake with Gems.
Fans must head to their favorite McDonald’s locations as soon as possible while the new desserts are still available. The fast-food chain and Mondelez’s collaborative products are limited-time offerings, so they must be tried before they disappear from the stores.
Partnership to Fuse Together Indians’ Favorites
Media News4u reported that McDonald’s India and Mondelez combined their respective expertise in food and created the treats infused with the latter’s Cadbury Gems colorful chocolates. The home of Big Mac chose to team up with the American confectionery manufacturer as the Gems is a brand that most Indians have loved for generations.
“We are excited to partner with Mondelez to bring these innovative and playful treats to our desserts-loving fans,” McDonald’s India (West and South) chief marketing officer, Arvind R.P., said in a statement. “Gems have been a childhood favorite for many Indians, and we believe this collaboration will create a delightful experience for all. With this unique and playful twist to our iconic McFlurry and other desserts, we are set to provide our customers an enjoyable treat that will not only satisfy their sweet tooth but also offer novelty.”
Mondelez India’s vice president of marketing, Nitin Saini, added, “We are thrilled to unveil a symphony of flavors with exclusive Cadbury Gems-Topped Desserts with McDonald’s India. This collaboration brings together the iconic Cadbury Gems and McDonald’s expertise in crafting delightful treats.”
