Shiba Inu (SHIB) team member Lucie has announced exciting Layer 3 updates, offering a glimpse into the ecosystem's evolving landscape with new tokens and dApps.
Lucie on SHIB Layer 3 Plans
When the Shiba Inu ecosystem finally builds its Layer 3 network, it will be a huge step forward. The highly anticipated Layer 3 network was highlighted in a recent tweet by Lucie, a member of the SHIB team, who offered a crucial update on the Shiba Inu ecosystem's numerous tokens and decentralized applications.
Lucie provided a more in-depth analysis of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, showcasing decentralized applications (dApps) and unique assets like SHIB, LEASH, BONE, Shiboshis, and ShibtheMV. We are still waiting for the TREAT and SHI tokens to launch, but we are expecting them.
U.Today shares that in addition to the SHIB name service that was created in collaboration with D3inc, Lucie detailed several Shiba Inu decentralized applications (dApps) on Shibarium, including ShibaEternity, ShibaSwap, and ShibaHub. One of the most intriguing things coming to the Shiba Inu ecosystem, according to the Shiba Inu team member, is its very own Layer 3.
The next Shiba Inu Layer 3 network, which is still unnamed, is being developed in collaboration with the open-source cryptography startup Zama, as Lucie said.
Data Privacy with FHE
Developers on this network will be able to access data stored on untrusted domains without compromising security or privacy thanks to Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), a privacy technology. It is believed that Shiba Inu, along with all of FHE's tokens and projects—including Treat, the Metaverse, and Bone—will reap benefits from the exchange.
Shiba Inu plans to build a new privacy-focused network on top of the Shibarium blockchain, as stated in an earlier announcement this year.
Enhanced On-Chain Privacy
In the near future, the Shiba Inu ecosystem token TREAT will drive the "new privacy layer," which will enable programmers to construct a specialized network atop Shibarium, a Layer-2 network that processes Ethereum blockchain transactions. This change will safeguard personal and transactional data and enhance on-chain privacy for SHIB token holders.
