LTC/USD weakened further on Wednesday, falling to $3.89 levels before restoring slightly to $3.94 levels (BTC-e) where it currently trades. The pair is still struggling to break above 21 4H MA seen from the past few sessions.
Ichimoku analysis of 4-hour chart shows:
Tenkan-Sen level: $3.99
Kijun-Sen level: $4.03
The pair continues to trade flat and faces major resistance at $4.31 (Jun 24th high) levels. A consistent break above would see it testing $4.48/$4.75 (61.8% retracement of $5.65 and $3.310). On the downside, support is likely to be found at $3.85 (Jun 25th low) levels and any weakness below this level will drag the pair to $3.65/$3.31 (Jun 23rd low).
