Last week, Square Enix released another “Kingdom Hearts 3” trailer, which features the world of “Big Hero 6.” While the teaser clip shows some gameplay and cut-scenes, fans of the franchise are voracious as ever to feast their eyes on new footage of the game.
So it’s understandable that fans lost their minds when Square Enix revealed that the teaser clip that was released is actually the short version. The complete trailer for “Kingdom Hearts 3” is slated to be released tomorrow, which got hardcore followers drooling with excitement, Game Rant reported.
However, it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact time when this new footage is going to drop, except for those who are living in Japan. But fans from other regions shouldn’t worry about that since they can simply subscribe to the YouTube account of “Kingdom Hearts 3” to receive notifications that the new trailer has been released.
Square Enix said that more footage of the “Big Hero 6” world will be revealed, likely showcasing more gameplay, cut-scenes, and storylines. Aside from “Big Hero 6,” however, it’s safe to say that the new trailer will also provide some more sneak peeks at other worlds included in the "Kingdom Hearts 3."
The short version of the teaser clip has already shown that Randall will be one of the antagonists in the “Monster Inc.” world. There is also some footage of “Tangled,” as well as several sequences where villains can be seen. It’s still unknown how long the new trailer for “Kingdom Hearts 3” is going to be.
Hopefully, it follows the current trend that gaming studios are implementing where gameplay footage lasts for as long as 40 minutes, similar to what “Anthem” and “Cyberpunk 2077” have done. Whatever the case, fans are just elated that a new teaser clip is going to be dropping soon. As for the game itself, “Kingdom Hearts 3” is going to be released on Jan. 29, 2019.
