“Kingdom Hearts 3” is reportedly going to be playable at the upcoming X018, which will be held in Mexico City on Nov. 10. The event will start at 1:30 p.m. and end at 6 p.m., giving attendees plenty of time to experience the adventure firsthand, Comic Book reported.
“Kingdom Hearts 3” is one of the most anticipated games in 2019 given that the previous installment was released 13 years ago. Hardcore followers can’t wait for what Square Enix has included in the upcoming adventures of Sora, Goofy and Donald.
So far, the worlds of “Tangled,” “Pirates of the Caribbean,” Toy Story,” and several other Disney locations have been included in “Kingdom Hearts 3.” Throughout Sora’s journey, he will form bonds with the characters dwelling in each world and prevent the Heartless from overtaking the universe.
“Kingdom Hearts 3” is looking to be quite the contender for the Game of the Year award as the details alone are enough to spur gamers to pre-order the title. There’s also an added verticality to it that makes the game more fun and immersive.
What’s more, the gameplay has been drastically improved, with Sora’s keyblade capable of transforming into different weapons depending on the situation he’s in. This versatility provides gamers with a lot of room to creatively dispose of enemies while adding several layers to playstyle and mechanics. Fans attending the X018 will be among the first to experience the fluidity of “Kingdom Hearts 3,” which will surely add hype to its release.
The excitement surrounding the title is already creating a lot of headlines on the web, with “Kingdom Hearts 3” threatening the position of “Final Fantasy 7 Remake” on the Famitsu charts. And given that Square Enix is still polishing the game, fans can expect the upcoming installment to be more detailed once it’s released on Jan. 29, 2019.
