According to a story by Metro, Kendall Jenner and Anwar Hadid were recently spotted emerging from the same hotel. While Jenner and Hadid did not come out together, they both were on the way to Bella Hadid's birthday party

The fact that Jenner and Hadid even made the effort to leave separately makes it harder to confirm that there is anything romantic going on between the two. At most, it can be alleged that Jenner and Hadid had been in the same hotel, but nothing confirms them sharing a room and activities beyond that which point to a romantic relationship.
While both Kendall Jenner and Anwar Hadid have been quite public with their physical displays of affection – with their recent partying during the Paris Fashion Week standing out – neither Jenner nor Hadid has publicly mentioned or posted about a serious romantic relationship happening between the two.

Even that sighting could hardly be called a date between the two considering that they have been friends for as long as Kendall Jenner has been friends with Bella and Gigi Hadid.
