Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx were recently spotted having fun at the beach on a summer date. Their rare public appearance is the best response to the relentless breakup rumors that have been hounding them for months.
Photos of Holmes and Foxx enjoying a day out in the sun surfaced online this past weekend. The couple is photographed having big smiles as they cuddle up at a Malibu beach last Friday.
In a photo shared by Metro, the “Dawson’s Creek” actress is seen doing a backbend in the sand while Jamie Foxx is giving her support. According to the same report, Katie Holmes was obviously enjoying their date and even showed other gymnastic moves.
Seeing Holmes and Foxx enjoying a date out in public is rare. Reports have been speculating that their romance started way back in 2013. However, the two have been very private about their relationship for obvious reasons.
Despite speculations about them seeing each other since 2013, they were only spotted together as a couple in 2017. A photo of Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx holding hands at a Malibu beach was spread online. Since then, the actors have not yet publicly spoken about them as a couple but they were seen more frequently together attending events or simply going on dinner dates.
However, despite having more proof that they are officially a couple, gossip reports about them breaking up or facing issues of infidelity proliferated. Some even claimed that Holmes and Foxx already planned to get married but later canceled it citing “trust issues.” But these reports have been denied by Holmes’ rep calling it “100 percent untrue.”
Meanwhile, there are also insider reports saying that claim Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx’s relationship is going steady while still wanting to keep a low profile. A source told Entertainment Tonight, “They’ve always lived very independent lives, but try to make time to see each other. It’s not uncommon for them to go long stretches without seeing each other. And they’re still very, very private. You’re not going to hear or see every time they’re together because they don’t flaunt their relationship in public.”
