NEENAH, Wis., March 14, 2018 -- Plexus Corp. (NASDAQ:PLXS) today announced that Karen Rapp, Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of National Instruments (NASDAQ:NATI), has joined Plexus’ Board of Directors. Prior to her role at National Instruments, Ms. Rapp held several leadership roles of increasing responsibility with Freescale Semiconductor and NXP Semiconductor, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Ms. Rapp’s appointment expands the Plexus Board to 11 directors.

Ms. Rapp is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
