Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are engaged and already preparing for their wedding. They have not announced any wedding date yet, but since they were spotted in the Marriage Bureau in New York yesterday, Sept. 13, it means that the “wedding of the century” is happening soon.
According to Fox News, marriage licenses issued in New York are valid from the first 24 hours after it was issued until 60 days from that date. Thus, if Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin secured their marriage license this early, then the latest time that they will tie the knot is Nov. 13.
Many people saw the couple in the office and they relayed that Justin Bieber got emotional again. According to TMZ, eyewitnesses said that inside the Marriage Bureau, the “Love Yourself” singer was emotional. It was added that while crying, Justin told Hailey, "I can't wait to marry you, baby."

Meanwhile, Hailey Baldwin knows that many people think that she and Justin Bieber are still too young to settle. She is 21 and her fiance is 24 so she is not denying that they are indeed not at the perfect age to get married yet.
But the model said that her parents are okay with it so there is no problem at all. In her latest interview with The Cut, Hailey revealed that one reason why her parents are not against their early marriage is that many of their family members also married early.
“My sister was 24 when she got married, and my parents also got married when they were young, too,” she said. “I see no reason to wait. When you know it’s right, it’s right.”
She further said that she also made sure that she is doing the right thing when she asked her mom and dad, “You’d stop me if you didn’t think this was the right decision, right?” And sure enough, they did not object, then she added that “I think they love him (Justin) more than me!”
Justin Bieber proposed to Haily Baldwin on July 7 while they were on vacation in the Bahamas. It was a surprising announcement since the pair had just gotten back together.
