Another rumor is being peddled by Woman’s Day Australia (via Gossip Cop) when it published an article claiming that Julia Roberts and Danny Moder will be getting a divorce. It can be recalled that the couple of 16 years recently went to Alaska and Italy a few weeks ago along with their brood.
While there wasn’t much issue about the vacation, the outlet would have it that it was an attempt by Julia Roberts and Danny Moder to save their marriage. An insider supposedly told the tabloid that after the trip ended, the “Pretty Woman” actress headed straight to Malibu as their effort to work things out didn’t pan out.
However, since Woman’s Day Australia is pushing this narrative, it’s best to remain skeptical about the entire claim. The publication has a penchant to fabricate stories and it’s likely that it’s doing so yet again. What’s more, there’s no indication that the relationship of Julia Roberts and Danny Moder has gone south.
In fact, it seems that the couple’s romance is as blazing as ever. This past Valentine’s Day, Julia Roberts posted a black-and-white photo on Instagram of her and Danny Moder where the actress was seen giving smoldering looks to her husband. On January 7, another photo was posted by the “Notting Hill” star where she can be seen holding an In-N-Out burger while adorably kissing Moder insider a car.
These are but the few facts that can debunk the publication’s claim. For her part, Julia Roberts said that even though she’s been dealing with rumors since reaching A-list status, it’s still difficult for her to handle the emotional impact of it. She also revealed that keeping the noise away from her kids haven’t been easy for her.
“Sometimes we are in the grocery store and I won’t even know something is out, but we’ll see a tabloid and we’ll all be standing there like, ‘Oh, that’s uncomfortable. This is really uncomfortable.’ It can still hurt my feelings because I’m so proud of my marriage,” Julia Roberts said.
