So it seems like the fans of the hit Superhero TV series Jessica Jones will have to do more waiting than they wanted to. But rest assured, the show has been renewed for a second season last January 17 so we'll just have to be patient and wait for updates about the upcoming season.
S far no release date has been set for Jessica Jones Season 2, but we do have a few guesses as to when it might arrive. Looking at Daredevil, its Season 1 came out in early April last year, while Season 2 will be released in mid-March. So judging from that same kind of time frame, 'Jessica Jones' Season 2 would arrive around October or November of this year. However, the problem with this is that it took much longer for Jessica Jones to get renewed, thus setting its production back.
For the meantime, to satiate our hunger for some juicy spoilers, let us all talk about the possibility of Jessica Jones joining the Marvel superheroes in a future Marvel Cinematic Universe film. Krysten Ritter who plays Jones would the idea of her character in a different area.
"It'd be awesome if I got to pop up somewhere else. There's always the chance that could happen," the actress said.
"Obviously, it'd be really exciting to be a part of those giant, huge movies with those great characters who are already established, so it'd be awesome," she added.
With the Marvel Universe gang slating for the release of the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War - Part I" on 2018, Ritter thinks of the idea as a good chance for her character to evolve and truly show what she's got.
