PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 04, 2017 -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017 on Monday, August 14, 2017, after the close of the stock market. Paul Evans, Hill’s Interim Chief Executive Officer, and John Fanelli III, Hill’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at 11:00 am Eastern Time to discuss the results.
The release of Hill’s second quarter financial results and conference call were previously scheduled for Wednesday, August 9, 2017 and Thursday, August 10, 2017, respectively. The release of financial results has been rescheduled because the company continues to compile information regarding, and complete the proper accounting and related tax treatment of, the sale of its Construction Claims Group, which was completed during the second quarter of 2017.
