“Halo Infinite” has been announced to be one of the original titles when Microsoft launches its Xbox Project Scarlett. The announcement was made during the 2019 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3 2019) that was held last month.
Microsoft revealed that “Halo Infinite” will be best played in Xbox Scarlett because of its advanced graphics and latest hardware. The result is said to be one powerful game console that will enhance the gaming experience of players.
Games included in Xbox Project Scarlett console
As listed on Tech Radar, aside from “Halo Infinite,” it was revealed that other iconic game sequels such as “Gears of War,” “Cyberpunk 2077,” “Starfield,” “The Elder Scrolls 6,” “Grand Theft Auto 6,” and “Final Fantasy 7 Remake.” These games will be exclusive for the latest Xbox console but will also be available for individual purchase.
Why “Halo infinite” will play best in Scarlett
Matt Booty, Xbox Game Studios’ head, said that they worked closely with 343 Industries for the integration of “Halo Infinite” into the console. The Scarlett will have a solid-state drive (or SSD) by default, and this will make the gameplay faster and load times will be quick as well.
“We’re not talking today about features in Halo Infinite, but what I can share is our first-party studios have direct access to the team working on Project Scarlett, and the Halo team gets first access to what’s running on the hardware,” Booty told Eurogamer. “So they are in prime position to take advantage of the things Scarlett will offer, but as you pointed out we also want to make sure people who own an Xbox One get a game which runs well up and down the Xbox family. But it plays best on Scarlett.”
The return of a favorite feature
In any case, “Halo infinite” will return with its old feature being restored. It was reported that 343 Industries recently confirmed that the game’s multiplayer split-screen had been fitted into the game and ready for launch when the game is released. This is one of the players’ favorite features, so the game developer made plans for its comeback in the shooter series. The split-screen was revealed by 343 Industries via a blog post in its Halo Waypoint page.
