The Goblin Slayer is going to be taking a much-deserved breather after battling the Ogre in the previous episode. As seen in the preview for “Goblin Slayer” Episode 5, the Goblin Slayer is heading back to the farmhouse he shares with Cow Girl and his childhood friend is there to greet him.
Just about every episode of the anime series has been non-stop action so far, but there is going to be a change of pace in “Goblin Slayer” Episode 5. Titled “Adventures and Daily Life,” the episode will feature the Goblin Slayer going through his daily routines when he is not out killing goblins.
“Goblin Slayer Episode 5 is probably going to be the most ‘normal’ episode in the entire series. The next episode will give us various new details on the Goblin Slayer, and we’ll find out what he does in his spare time. We’ll find out what his daily routine is, and what the Goblin Slayer is like on the inside. Of course, we won’t know what the Goblin Slayer looks like now, but we’ll definitely find all sorts of different things about the guy,” Wamiq Fida said in his piece for OtakuKart.
Aside from showing the titular protagonist interacting with Cow Girl, “Goblin Slayer” Episode 5 will also feature Priestess getting promoted to Obsidian rank. She will run to find the Goblin Slayer to thank him because there is no way she would have survived her first adventure without his help. Meanwhile, it is revealed that this is just the calm before the storm because a Goblin Lord is rallying an army of goblins and they are moving towards the town.
“Goblin Slayer” Episode 5 is scheduled to come out on Nov. 4 in Japan. The episodes will be available on all anime streaming after its premiere so don’t forget to check it out.
