• The Danish Krone eased, retreating from a 1-week peak recorded earlier in the session as the greenback rallied against a basket of currencies. 
   
• The dollar index surged after preliminary results suggested President Donald Trump has a slight edge over Democratic challenger Joe Biden.
   
• Investors now await the U.S. presidential election results.
   
• USD/DKK is trading 0.5 percent higher at 6.3849, having hit high of 6.4178 earlier, its highest since July 24.
   
• Immediate resistance is located at 6.4275, close above could take it till 6.4493. 
   
• On the downside, support is seen at 6.3074 and any break below will take it till 6.2848.
