FxWirePro : EUR/NZD attracts selling interest, could be on verge of a bigger drop

•  EUR/NZD slipped lower on Monday   as continuing stand-off ‌between U.S. and Iran dampened risk appetite.

• U.S. President Donald Trump said ​Iran should surrender to end a war with the United States after ⁠a senior Iranian official said Tehran would escalate tensions in the Strait of Hormuz and ​the wider region if diplomacy fails, further clouding the hopes for a peace deal.

•Oil prices , ​edged higher, with Brent crude rising 0.5% to $89.02 on Monday.

•Traders will keep a close eye on UK job market data due on Tuesday and inflation data on Wednesday for further clues on the Bank ​of England's policy path.

•   Immediate resistance is located at 1.9663(38.2% fib), any close above will push the pair towards 1.9779(Higher BB).

• Support is seen at 1.9511(Lower BB), and break below could take the pair towards 1.9450 (23.6% fib )

Recommendation: Good to sell around 1.9620 with stop loss of 1.9700  and target price of 1.9540
