FxWirePro: Asian markets start a new week on mixed note, gold stabilizes above $1,470 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Monday. Gold was trading around $1,474 mark while silver was trading around $16.94 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.03 pct higher at 24,029.50 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 1.84 pct higher at 6,863.40 points.

Hang seng was trading 0.37 pct lower at 27,585.50 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.02 pct lower at 2,170.62 points.

Taiwan’s TWII was trading 0.27 pct higher at 11,959.62 points.

India’s NSE was trading 0.04 pct lower at 12,081.40 points and BSE sensex points 0.01 pct lower at 41,001.33 points.
