Not many risk events scheduled for this week, after heavily risk-filled last week.
What to watch for over the coming days:
- Central banks:
Several Fed policymakers are scheduled to speak this week after it hiked interest rates last week; Evans on Monday, Esther George on Tuesday, Yellen, and Kashkari on Thursday, and Bullard on Friday.
- Trump:
On Monday, US House Intelligence Committee will hold a hearing on Russian interference in the US election, where FBI director James Comey is scheduled to testify. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will head a two-day meeting on a fight against ISIS in Washington, which will begin on Wednesday and is expected to be attended by delegates from 68 nations.
