Forbes names Brightstar Corp. as one of "America's Best Midsize Employers" for 2019. The Media, through a survey gave Brightstar a ranking of 146 out of 500. To arrive at the decision, Forbes together with other players such as Statista, a remarkable market research firm performed a survey of employees working in over 50,000 U.S-based firms that employ at least 1,000 people. In determining the position of Brightstar, respondents were subjected to a questionnaire on various aspects, including working conditions, career growth, remuneration, and the overall company image and whether they will recommend the firm to other potential employees.
