Bill has nearly 20 years of executive finance and operations experience. Prior joining FLG, Bill served as advising CFO concurrently for a biotech manufacturer and a SaaS company Previously, he served as COO and CFO of Raydiance, Inc., resulting in its acquisition by Coherent, Inc., and as CFO of Bitfone Corporation where he was instrumental in its acquisition by Hewlett-Packard. Bill also served as CFO of PrecisionHawk, Vollee and Mahi Networks. His background spans multiple sectors and business models including AI IoT (SaaS), UAV\drone (SaaS), mobile gaming (streaming\subscription), biotech (HW), manufacturing (med device, automotive and consumer electronics), mobile software (license) and communications equipment (HW).
Bill is a CPA (inactive) in California and holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
