Fans must be on the edge of their seats a month after the finale episode of “Elementary's” last season but it has been a quiet start to the long wait for “Elementary” season 7. Thankfully, the show's cast and crew are not the kind to be shy about posting updates regarding the show on their personal social media pages.

Fans already got some juicy pictures which can be used for speculation about “Elementary” season 7 a month back when the show's star, Jonny Lee Miller, posted photos of scenes he was directing on his social media pages. But Miller's excitement for his budding directorial career is not the only source of “Elementary” season 7 news that fans can enjoy.

Recently, “Elementary” season 7 writer Jeffrey Paul King posted a picture of the script for the show's 150th episode. The photo came with the announcement that production on the episode began on Oct. 12. Five days later, King posted another set of photos, which showed the “Elementary” season 7 cast and crew celebrating the end of production for the 150th episode.

Fans who follow the show religiously will know that “Elementary” has had 141 episodes as of the end of the last season. With episode 150 being celebrated by the cast and crew, it means that the “Elementary” season 7 production is currently finished with the show's ninth episode.

This is good news for fans who are anticipating the upcoming installment as it is also news that “Elementary” season 7's production is almost halfway through. While definitely a momentous occasion, the photos posted by King, unfortunately, do not contain any spoilers about the upcoming episode of “Elementary” season 7.

Fans looking forward to “Elementary” season 7 may have to wait a bit more until CBS releases an official premiere date for the upcoming installment. Hopefully, “Elementary” season 7 will start airing sometime in April 2019, similar to its season 6 premiere date.
