Dr. Schellpfeffer feels it would be a conflict of interest to have a relationship with Cantor Group while serving on the board of Medical Facilities Corporation.
Kathleen Roberton, who has an extensive background as an Officer and Director of public companies has agreed to step in as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director.
