DALLAS, Jan. 13, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Inc. (DFRG), the owner and operator of the Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, Sullivan's Steakhouse, and Del Frisco's Grille restaurant concepts, today announced it will open a Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House in Plano, TX in 2017. The new restaurant will be located in the 250-acre urban development Legacy West on the NW Corner of Legacy and the Dallas North Tollway.
Separately, as previously announced, the Company will relocate its Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House from North Dallas to McKinney & Olive in Dallas’ Uptown. In its new location, the restaurant will join the luxury, 20-story, 530,000-square-foot office and retail tower designed by famed architect Cesar Pelli, next to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences, in late 2016.
Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group’s CEO Mark S. Mednansky said, “We are thrilled to be included in these two dynamic developments. By opening in Plano in 2017, we will be able to serve our loyal guests from North Dallas and Collin County who have been driving to our current Spring Valley location for years as well as build new relationships with the community in this fast growing area. Additionally, when we debut the new Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House in Uptown at McKinney and Olive in the fall, we will continue to serve our guests from the Park Cities and Preston Hollow providing diners with well-located options to enjoy the Del Frisco’s experience.”
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House Dallas on Spring Valley and the Dallas North Tollway will continue to serve its guests until its new Uptown location is completed in late 2016.
The upcoming Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak Houses in Plano and Uptown will join Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House Fort Worth and Del Frisco’s Grilles in Uptown, Fort Worth, Southlake, and Plano to take care of the dining needs of the DFW market.
