Have you heard of the new TV sitcom that circles around a guy who they say will teach you things about life? Well, if you haven't, then you are at the right place.
Fox has released yet another show in their long list of series as Cooper Barrett's Guide to Surviving Life debuted online last December 21, 2015 and made its TV premiere on January 3.
Jack Cutmore-Scott plays the protagonist Cooper Barrett, a millennial kid with a not so modern hair, who struggles with everyday mundane things such as the lost of his smartphone. And as kids these days always do, he mostly hangs out with his roommates Barry and Neal played by Charlie Saxton and James Earl, respectively. People who have seen it described the series as something that is a rip off of The Hangover, where a group of friends hang out and party, get wasted, someone gets kidnapped (spoiler alert: it's gonna be Cooper), someone steals a television (spoiler alert again: it's Barry) and someone (Neil) is forced to be in a relationship with an athletic woman bigger than him.
Jack will be mostly talking to you in a single camera series teaching you about life and how to handle it. Many say that they're usually pretty much the same thing and that it is outdated and does not teach new things about life at all. The show's first episode also started with flashbacks which many say is an odd way to start but a good way to introduce the characters.
People always have something to say about things, this series included, may it be bad or good, let's just wait for the next episode and see if things change. If you have seen the premiere of Cooper Barrett's Guide to Surviving Life, then comment your thoughts and opinions about their first episode below.
