COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 25, 2017 -- Cherwell Software, LLC, a global leader in IT and enterprise service management solutions, announced that Mike Munoz has been appointed chief revenue officer (CRO). Munoz will report directly to Cherwell Software’s CEO, Craig Harper, and will head up the global sales organization, helping customers to continue to expand and grow with Cherwell.

Prior to joining Cherwell, Munoz was senior vice president (SVP) of Worldwide Sales at Skyhigh Networks where he helped lead a companywide effort to rebuild their go-to market strategy. Munoz was also the CRO at PernixData, which was ultimately acquired by Nutanix. Munoz also served as vice president (VP) of Worldwide Sales at Nimble Storage, where he helped take the company from zero in revenue to over $300M and 5,000 customers within five years. In that time, Munoz was also instrumental in an IPO which ultimately catapulted the company to $4 billion in market capitalization. Through this experience, Munoz has established a strong brand as one of the top enterprise sales leaders and a true champion of the channel.
