Looks like Brad Pitt can finally breathe a sigh of relief as reports say Angelina Jolie has turned over her financial information to the ‘World War Z’ star’s legal team. This is an important step in the divorce process, and now it is Brad’s turn to provide his financial information.
The former couple can finally move forward once a settlement is reached, and according to Hollywood Life, Brad can’t wait to close this chapter in his life. “Brad is hoping his divorce from hell comes to a close asap,” a source close to the actor told Hollywood Life. “Brad feels like throughout this long process Angelina has worked hard at making him look bad while taking out the kids all the time and doing everything in her power to make herself look like a saint and the good guy.”
“As the never-ending divorce inches towards being finalized, with more paperwork being recently filed, Brad is praying for closure. He is hoping that once it is all over, Angelina will no longer have anything to hold over him.”
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been fighting over the custody of their six children ever since the “Maleficent” star filed for divorce in September 2016, and the animosity between the two seemed to have reached new highs earlier this year when Angelina accused Brad of neglecting to pay proper child support. Brad fought back and said he has paid $1.3 million to provide for their children while also loaning her $8 million to purchase a house.
There have been a lot of tabloid stories about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s relationship in the months since their public argument, and some have even claimed that the ‘Salt’ actress misses her ex-husband. But that rumor has already been debunked by the fact-checking website Gossip Cop. Right now, Brad and Angelina probably can’t wait for all of this to end.
