“Boruto” Episode 84 is going to be a rather illuminating episode for viewers who have been following the events up until now and have become confused with what is going on. It will likely reveal if Onoki is actually under the influence of a genjutsu, if Mitsuki has completely given in to the enemy’s machinations, and if the whole Hidden Stone village is the enemy.
Many have speculated that Onoki must be under the influence of some kind of technique such as a genjutsu that Ku has cast on him. This is the only explanation as to why he would be acting the way he is after being revealed to be a terrific character before. “Boruto” Episode 84 might hold the answers to this particular issue.
There is also the matter of whether or not Onoki’s group is only a small fraction of the Hidden Stone or if the entirety of the village is in on the scheme. This is unlikely to be the case since even its own kage didn’t know anything about these developments. Boruto’s encounter with other ninjas in “Boruto” Episode 84 might provide some insight into this aspect.
Then there’s the matter of Mitsuki potentially betraying Boruto completely in “Boruto” Episode 84. There have been leaked images going around online that show the Orochimaru clone looking serious and somber. This might just be the look he gives his former friend has he declares his full allegiance to Onoki’s cause.
“Boruto” Episode 84 is scheduled to air on Dec. 2. Fans will want to make sure that they have this particular schedule in mind so that they won’t miss out on any of the action taking place. This is a great opportunity to get some more answers with regards to the Mitsuki arc that has been dragging on for too long.
