Bassett Furniture Announces Opening of New Store in Kansas City

BASSETT, Va., Oct. 02, 2017 -- Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:BSET), a leading manufacturer and marketer of high quality home furnishings, today announced the opening of a new licensed Bassett Home Furnishings store in Overland Park, Kansas -- the second most populous city in the Kansas City metropolitan area. New licensee Greg Crowley is a Kansas City business owner with decades of experience in the furniture industry.   Bassett currently has 91 corporate and licensed store locations across the United States.
