WALLA WALLA, Wash., Sept. 27, 2017 -- Banner Corporation (NASDAQ GSM:BANR), the parent company of Banner Bank and Islanders Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividends will be payable October 18, 2017, to common shareholders of record on October 10, 2017.
Banner Corporation also announced that it will report its third quarter 2017 results after the market closes on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. PDT (11:00 a.m. EDT) to discuss the results. The call will also be broadcast live via the internet.
