The Bank of Japan will announce more stimulus at Thursday's meeting. While Governor Kuroda provided no indications that additional easing was imminent at the meeting earlier this month, he has a record of springing surprises.
Capital Economics says - "We stick to our view that policymakers will signal their commitment to the 2% target by stepping up the annual pace of asset purchases from ¥80 trillion to ¥90 trillion."
