BRUSSELS, Belgium, Jan. 26, 2016 -- On 22 January 2016, Billion Infinity Investment Limited, Fidelidade - Companhia de Seguros, S.A. and affiliated entities (collectively, "Fosun") notified BHF Kleinwort Benson Group ("BHF KB") that their aggregate shareholding in BHF KB had crossed upward, on 19 January 2016, the threshold of 25% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in BHF KB and amounted to 37,838,980 shares representing 28.61% of the voting rights in BHF KB.
