The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are busy parents to three children. However, there is some speculation that Kate Middleton might be expecting baby number four.

It has not been long since Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed their third child, Prince Louis, into the world back in 2017, but it seems like they might be looking to extend their family once again. Express has revealed some subtle hints that the Duke and Duchess may be considering to have a fourth child.

The first hint came when the royals attended The Royal Variety Performance at the Palladium Theater in London recently. The reason why their attendance comes off as a hint is that during the two previous times that they attended the event, the Duchess was pregnant. The first was in 2014 when she was expecting Princess Charlotte, and the latest one was in 2017 when she was expecting Prince Louis.

Another hint, also revealed by Express, is during the Duke and Duchess’ trip to Northern Ireland earlier in the year. While in the town of Ballymena, Kate Middleton came across a five-month-old baby and his father amongst the crowd and expressed her affection towards the little one, even saying that she was “feeling broody,” which certainly got everyone wondering if she was expecting or not.

The father then asked Kate if she was planning on having another child to which the Duchess only smiled and said that William “might be slightly worried.” While this does not confirm or deny anything, the speculation remains.

At the same time, it is possible that baby number four might not be in the Duchess’ plans due to the fact that during all three of her previous pregnancies, she suffered from severe morning sickness. This got so severe back when she was pregnant with Prince Louis that she was unable to see Prince George off on his first day of school.

Still, bets are being placed on the possibility of there being news of another baby next year. The bookmakers have revealed the odds of the news being at one to five come 2020 or six to one by the end of the year.
