“Alaskan Bush People” is finally coming back for season 8. After being delayed for months, the reality show that features the Brown family, who according to Discovery Channel is far removed from civilization as they chose to live in isolation, will be on air again to showcase their unique lifestyle.
Now, since the “Alaskan Bush People” matriarch, Ami, has completed her cancer treatment and is already in remission, the family is reportedly going back to the "bush," but it will not be in Alaska anymore. Based on reports, the family is relocating to Colorado, thus season 8 is going to be filmed there.
However, Radar Online reported that the “Alaskan Bush People” family is not moving to Colorado but is heading to Washington instead. The publication revealed that the family shelled out almost $500,000 for acres of land in a remote part of the said state.
It was further claimed that the Browns bought more than 400 acres in a very rural county with only 42,000 residents. Moreover, the roads close to the property is said to be unpaved so people call it the “primitive road.” In any case, the sudden change of location from Colorado to Washington is still unclear but the Browns are expected to explain this when “Alaskan Bush People” season 8 airs.
Meanwhile, as per In Touch Weekly, there are people who are not happy with the return of the reality-documentary series and this is because they are now suspecting that the show is fake. It all started when some Alaskan locals who are neighbors of the Browns disclosed that the family is actually living very comfortably in Icy Strait Lodge, a hotel in the area.
Finally, some observers wrote scathing remarks on social media, and to sum it all up, they said that the “Alaskan Bush People” family is just “like a regular family living in Washington with smartphones and laptops” so they should just give up and stop pretending to be bush people.
