HONG KONG, Sept. 22, 2017 -- Agria Corporation (“Agria” or “the Company”), today announced that Mr. Wah Kwong Tsang retired as a director on the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company. The retirement is effective from 16 October 2017. Mr. Tsang has no disagreement with the Company. The Board thanks him for his service for the past years.
