PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., Jan. 25, 2016 -- ACETO Corporation (NASDAQ:ACET), an international company engaged in the marketing, sale and distribution of Human Health products, Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Performance Chemicals, today announced that Rising Pharmaceuticals, Inc., its finished dosage form generics subsidiary, is launching Zolmitriptan Tablets, 2.5mg and 5mg, an FDA approved generic version of IPR Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s Zomig®.
According to IMS Health data, U.S. market sales for Zolmitriptan Tablets, which is used for the treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults, were approximately $49 million for the twelve months ended November 30, 2015.
