ENGLEWOOD, Colo., March 19, 2018 -- Westmoreland Coal Company (Nasdaq:WLB) today announced that it plans to issue a press release reporting financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2017 before the market opens on April 2, 2018. Westmoreland also announced that it intends to file its Form 10-K on April 2, 2018. In light of ongoing discussions with the Company’s creditors in connection with its capital structure review, Westmoreland will not host a conference call for investors this quarter.
Westmoreland has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with regard to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2017 to allow additional time to complete its financial statements and related disclosures.
