“The Blacklist” season 6 is finally coming and it is expected to become one of NBC’s best dramas for 2019. The series was renewed for another 22 episodes in May and filming immediately began. After months of waiting, new chapters about Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader) and Elizabeth “Liz” Keen (Megan Boone) are ready to unfold.
“The Blacklist” season 6 will continue with the story based on the fifth installment’s finale, however, it will present a more complicated story as more secrets are revealed and the characters start to betray each other. Based on the press release published by NBC, season 6 will tackle the allegations that Red is an impostor.
Liz will also feel torn since she already developed a good bond with Red who she discovered to be her father. She wants to find out Red’s real identity but there is also that feeling that she wants to help and protect him.
In any case, the first three titles and their synopsis were already released and here they are: “The Blacklist” season 6 episode 1 is called “Dr. Hans Koehler” and it will be out on Jan. 3, 2019. Its summary reads: “Red presents the Task Force with a Blacklist case searching for a plastic surgeon who creates new identities for wanted criminals. Liz and her sister, Jennifer, secretly investigate the events that took place the night the real Raymond Reddington died.”
“The Blacklist” season 6 episode 2 will feature a story titled “The Corsican” and it will be shown on Jan. 4, 2019. Lastly, episode 3 is called “The Pharmacist” and it will air on Jan. 11, 2019.
